Lauren and Justin’s wedding planned for September of 2018 will be such an amazing day! I am so looking forward to photographing it! I cannot imagine a better start to their wedding festivities than by photographing their Napa engagement session! Photographing their engagement session in such a romantic setting was truly a treat! After knowing how much fun we had together on this day, I cannot wait for their wedding day!
Lauren and Justin plan to get married on the front lawn of the Grosse Pointe Academy, facing Lake St. Clair where Lauren spent so much time growing up. They will hold their reception at the iconic Detroit Athletic Club and plan to take photos around downtown Detroit. Knowing these two, their wedding will not only be a beautiful event, but a pretty fun party too!
Lauren and Justin have amazing style and I can just envision that with the help of the amazing coordinators of Ines & Marie, their day will be classy and elegant, with every detail planned out perfectly.
Their engagement session in this nation’s wine capital was incredible! We had gorgeous weather and Lauren’s outfits were so perfect for the backdrops of the wine vineyards and downtown Napa! I loved the rich tones of her dress to match the richness of the Napa grapes. It was the perfect setting for engagement photos.
Justin and Lauren’s Napa engagement session will compliment their future experience in Italy, where they plan to go on their honeymoon after their wedding! If only I could photograph their honeymoon pictures too!
Ashleigh and Nicholas were married on February 16th at one of the prettiest Michigan venues this time of year! Planterra proved to be the perfect location for the couple’s winter wedding. For their guests, it was certainly a needed escape from the chilly Michigan weather!
Ashleigh chose a lace covered dress for her special day accented by beautiful jewelry and even wore a fur for when we took photos outside; such a great accessory for any winter wedding!
One of the most memorable parts of the day was Ashleigh’s first look with her father. He started crying immediately when he saw Ashleigh and it was such an emotional, special moment.
The couple exchanged vows surrounded by friends and family followed by a beautiful reception underneath the glow of candles and twinkling lights. Ashleigh and her father performed a fun choreographed dance together and the couple spent the rest of the evening dancing followed by a lively sparkler send off!

Bill and Anthony’s elegant wedding at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial was an intimate celebration with 100 of their closest family and friends.
Anthony and Bill’s day started with the two of them getting ready together. They drank mimosas, exchanged gifts and enjoyed some time alone before the festivities began. Their details were minimal, but classic to match their style. Viviano Flower Shop supplied their floral arrangements and the wedding favors were Saunders chocolate bars that said “Life is bitter, but love is sweet” on the wrapper! My favorite detail though, were the matching Boston Terrier socks they wore, representing their own adorable Boston pup! She and her sister even made it to the War Memorial for a few pictures with their dads!
The romantic, old world style of their wedding was so fitting for Bill and Anthony. Their first dance was to “La Vie En Rose”, and Joel Seah from The Whitney, played the piano during their ceremony and dinner.
Bill and Anthony’s whole day was so romantic and intimate, complete with a sparkler exit at the end of the night!
